KaNeil Purifoy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who serves as a liaison between OBU's Counseling Center and Athletics. KaNeil received his master's in clinical mental health counseling from Henderson State University. KaNeil utilizes a range of therapy modalities to serve his clientele. KaNeil also uses a neurobiological approach called Brainspotting to serve clients who experience trauma, yips, emotional/body pain, mental barriers, anxiety, depression and a variety of other challenges. KaNeil has worked and trained at substance abuse clinics, doctors' offices, local churches and counseling centers, providing community mental health support and resources.

KaNeil enjoys music, walking, being outside and fellowshipping with family and friends.
